Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026 · Enaro
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enaro. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Enaro is currently in early access — features, availability, and these Terms may change as the product develops.
The service
Enaro is a personal health information platform for uploading, organising, and tracking lab test results over time. Enaro is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — see our Medical Disclaimer.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the lab reports and data you upload.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Enaro to upload content you do not have the right to upload, to attempt to access another user's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Early access
Enaro is offered during an early-access period free of charge. Pricing has not yet been finalised — see Pricing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during this period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Enaro is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties of any kind. [PLACEHOLDER — requires legal review] A complete limitation-of-liability clause, indemnification terms, and dispute-resolution process will be added here, drafted by legal counsel, before general availability.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
